Project Overview

National CineMedia (NCM), the largest cinema-advertising platform, engages Fortune 500 C-suite decisionmakers and agency partners through high-touch client experiences and internal sales gatherings. Spearhead produces NCM’s annual VIP Sundance Film Festival program and the company’s yearly internal sales meeting for ~200 executives.

Our Role

Full-service event production and guestexperience management:

Creative direction, program design, and branding for VIP and internal events.

End-to-end logistics: venue sourcing and buyouts, travel coordination, hotel room blocks, on-site staffing, and vendor management.
