Project Overview
Newmark’s flagship Industrial & Logistics Conference brought together developers, investors, brokers, and service providers focused on industrial real estate trends, capital flow, and logistics innovation. The conference welcomed 500 clients, partners, and internal leaders for 2.5 days of networking, thought leadership, and relationship-building at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. Designed as a premier annual gathering, the conference showcased Newmark’s leadership in the industrial real estate sector while creating meaningful opportunities for business development and connection.
Our Role
As the event production partner, we led strategy planning, and full-scale execution of the conference from pre-event production through final execution. Every detail was built to reflect a polished, high-level corporate experience.
Full-service event production and management: Our team managed venue logistics, attendee registration, guest communications, sponsorship fulfillment, branded environments, speaker coordination, event technology, premium hospitality experiences, and onsite operations.
Registration & attendee experience: custom registration platform, badge printing, welcome desk staffing.
Creative direction and branding: stage design concepts, event signage, and printed collateral.
Technical production: full AV design and delivery (mainstage projection), lighting, sound, and content playback.
Content Studio: bespoke recording studio, hosting live interviews and recordings
Logistics & operations: room block management, load-in/out scheduling, union coordination, freight handling, and on-site production management.

Mainstage production of 6 panels with wireless presentation switching, always ensuring seamless speaker transitions and quick turnaround between sessions.
On-site production desk with run-of-show management delivered accurate cues for lighting, video, and sound.
Tight stage management, prep calls and tech rehearsals reduced downtime and improved presenter confidence, directly boosting perceived program quality.
